Another week has gone by. Syd is now sitting up by herself...for a couple of seconds. Savannah has finished her swimming. She placed in all her events at state!! Yeah! It was very exciting. Garrett has started his football and is ready to go. Tryouts are this week. Wish him luck! We went on our last vacation of the summer to Steamboat Springs. It was Syd's first time in a tent and survived!! We all went on a LONG hike straight up to Hahn's Peak. It was awesome. My Mom and her boyfriend Gary came with us. I am so proud of all of us for making it. It was 10,500 feet and literally at the TOP of a mountain. I carried Syd in the Baby Bjorn and Billy was Garrett's support. Our fearless Savannah was the leader and the first to the top. My Mom is so afraid of heights and made it!
We also saw our friends the Conway's there and brought Collin back with us for the week. I go back to work on the 13th, Syd starts daycare next week and Savannah and Garrett go back to school on the 24th. I am sad to see that life must go on and that summer is quickly coming to an end.
